Water, Sewer, and Garbage Rates

City of Kirkland bills all customers for garbage, and Cascade Water Alliance customers for water and sewer. Some areas of the city are within the Northshore Utility District and Woodinville Utility District; those customers are billed separately for water and sewer. Garbage service is mandatory.
