Housing Dashboard

The City constructed this housing dashboard to track housing in the City, including the City’s progress against its allocated 2019 – 2044 countywide affordable housing targets required under the Growth Management Act. It tracks the construction of market-rate units and progress towards increasing the supply of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), cottages, and other types of “missing middle” housing in the City. It also tracks the overall housing supply and major housing development projects in the City by neighborhood. The intended audiences are City Council, general public, housing advocates, developers, and students.
