The NE Juanita Dr and 86th Ave NE Storm Improvements Project supports the City Council’s "Dependable Infrastructure” and "Community Safety" goals. This project installs 410 feet of groundwater collection drain pipe and 300 feet of new stormwater drainage pipe. The project also installs new storm drains, roadway pavement, and new roadway paint markings.
This project will help resolve flooding issues to eliminate water over the roadway and prevent hazardous ice build up to make the road safer for pedestrians, bicycles, and vehicles.
