The Village at Totem Lake has already transformed the shopping experience in the heart of Kirkland’s urban center.
The Totem Lake Connector will be a bicycle and pedestrian bridge, that will connect the two ends of the 5.75-mile Cross Kirkland Corridor currently severed by one of Kirkland’s most complicated intersections: Totem Lake Boulevard and Northeast 124th Street.
Totem Lake Park
Totem Lake Park is a 17-acre site located in the heart of the Totem Lake Urban Center.
The subject property (two parcels totaling 82,772 square feet in size) currently contains one and two story commercial structures with surface parking.
Kirkland earned a $4.83 million grant in November from Washington’s Transportation Improvement Board that will help fund a series of improvements on sections of Totem Lake Boulevard and 120th Avenue Northeast.
