KIRKLAND, Wash. – Get vaccines, screenings, and other health needs checked off your list this fall. Select health and wellness services are available at our free Kirkland Health & Wellness Fair on Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Juanita High School, located at 10601 NE 132nd St. in Kirkland. 

“A thriving community starts with health and safety,” said Councilmember Penny Sweet. “We are glad to be partnering once again with King County Promotores Network to offer this valuable annual event to help make services more accessible to the people of our community.”

The Health & Wellness Fair will offer FREE health screenings that include blood pressure checks, blood glucose levels, A1C testing, HIV testing, and more. There will also be local organizations to share human services resource information. 

Vaccinations available through Washington Department of Health’s Care-a-Van program onsite. Appointments are strongly encouraged but walk-ins are welcome while supplies last. Please bring proof of insurance and vaccine cards if available. Additional registration information can be found at the City’s event webpage, Kirkland Health and Wellness Fair.

There will also be a giveaway of free bicycle helmets while supplies last.  

Language support will be available onsite. This event is intended to be inclusive of all community members - all are welcome to attend and participate. The event will also offer food, music, and activities for the entire family. 

This event is a collaboration by the City of Kirkland, King County Promotores Network (KCPN), Public Health-Seattle-King County, Washington State Department of Health, Latinos Promoting Good Health, LWTech, Lake Washington School District, and the 2024 KHWF Community Planning Committee.
