Kirkland Community Members Find Missing Kirkland Resident

The Kirkland Police Department is pleased to report that a community search party has successfully located David Harger, who had been missing since Wednesday afternoon.

David was found approximately six blocks from the location where he was last seen.  Emergency medical services responded and assessed him, and David was transported to a local hospital for further medical evaluation, care, and monitoring. He is currently in stable condition.

Last week, after David was reported missing, community members organized themselves into search groups, covering various areas to locate him.  They refused to give up despite unsuccessful search efforts for several days.

The dedication and determination of Kirkland’s community members played a critical role in this positive outcome and is a testament to the power of community collaboration and care.

The Kirkland Police Department extends its heartfelt gratitude to all the community members who participated in the search efforts.
