Kirkland Police Arrest Suspect in Domestic Violence Case

In the early hours of October 14, 2024, Kirkland Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the Norkirk neighborhood involving an adult son and his elderly parents.

Kirkland Domestic Violence Detectives assisting with the investigation uncovered a series of alleged crimes committed by the son against his parents which occurred prior to the call.  

As a result, the adult son was arrested and booked into King County Jail on two counts of attempted murder in the first degree (DV), one count of attempted arson in the first degree (DV), and one count of theft in the first degree (DV). He is currently being held with $2 million bail amount.
