KIRKLAND, Wash. – All City of Kirkland services previously impacted by today’s network outage have been restored. City staff were able to collaborate with technical staff from King County, Bellevue and Renton to isolate the network problem caused by a broken strand of fiber. A fiber contractor was dispatched and was able to make the needed repairs. All services that were impacted including billing, permitting, and cashiering at City Hall and the Kirkland Justice Center have been restored. The City of Kirkland thanks the community for their patience today as staff addressed the outage.
